Working in tata steel is like working for our nation,pay and perks are far better than its peers. Work life balance is great in this company. And there is very less politics, people and officers are very collaborative and supportive in nature. Overall TATA STEEL is great company to work and gain knowledge and experience. Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.
