Policies are very bad here just for sake of name. You will get 1500 as annual increment HRA will be deducted from your salary On resignation you have to pay gross ammount of salary ( you will be exploited) Work like private and salary like govt Old diploma holder bosses know nothing but how initially yrs of their job they worked bcz afterwards they did nothing but psychophecy.

HR is lazy. No retention rule for leaving candidate. Salary os not as compared to market standards. If you are sincere, you will be overloaded with work. If you are not interested in working, your workload will be transferred to hardworking employees.

HRs rule here , salary is good for workers and non officers , Officers are imposed with more responsibilities but are paid even less than they pay some junior engineers there. And the HR tricks CTC with very low basic pay and as increments are on basic pay you get very very low annual increment interms of amount.
