Best Company I have ever worked in my 26 years of experience I worked within India and abroad as well. In this long journey, honestly speaking, I have not found one single company where I found company like Tata Steel where most of the decisions are well crafted policy driven under very humanitarian top management.

Dislikes

Very poor. A employee work for salary. I selected in Tata steel as junior engineer. But salary increament is too low as compared to candidate joined through colleges.

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

As all know Tata is big group t is very helpful company for doing smart job but management is not good Yaha RAJA Aor raja banta jata hai Garib aor garib banta jata hai ye system active h .

The company is good but there is Nepotism in promotion and in increment . Diploma person getting more salary than B tech highly experienced person thats why company growths going down .

Worst company...vendor system: Very low salary 15000/months no payment of Sunday leave ..canteen facility is poisonous..parking is 2 km away from plant ..
