Working in TATA Steel is very challenging and interesting, who completed there B.Tech and above they should join in TATA.

Dislikes

Low salary and promotion are hard to receive. GOOD BENEFITS WILL ONLY FOR BTECH AND ABOVE CANDIDATES. Note-These likes and dislikes are in my view.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The most I liked about working here is that company has everything to learn and develop skills but KEEP IN MIND " YOU HAVE TO LEARN EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF" no one going to help you rather if seniors found you learning something that make them inferior then they will engage you in useless works. very few are helpful. here you can develop your skills but don not stay for long else your growth will be dead.

Dislikes

... NO training for fresher's (except MTs or METs) you have to learn all by self. You have to waste your health and time just for tiny salary.

...stem last 2 year continuously A grade Achieved. My Colleagues are so supportive. The company was very good every year salary increment and Bonus provided.

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again
