Very high Job security almost equivalent to government jobs. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Extremely slow growth exactly like government jobs. Minimal increament and low average package for an MBA graduate from top tier B school. This is not a company one should join after completing MBA. The work culture is not suitable for MBA grads and average age in almost every team is 45+ In my opinion, my reporting manager was a head of department who was micromanaging and had come from a marketing background directly into procurement without any knowledge of procurement. Weird way of promoting people in cross functions.

Job security is good, if you don't work hard then you don't get good ratings but job is secure.

Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more.
