HR is lazy. No retention rule for leaving candidate. Salary os not as compared to market standards. If you are sincere, you will be overloaded with work. If you are not interested in working, your workload will be transferred to hardworking employees.

TAT STEEL LTD is a MNS company so many more facilities available there but for that charges will be deducted from your salary.

Here company provide quater but all HRA amount will be deducted from salary.Basic is very low in salary structure. Increament of salary is very very slow.

Tata Steel is a good company. The trusted brand name gets you the top priority while applying for a job else where. It offers enumorous safety training to its employees and raise employees safety standards.

Salary is less compared to that of other industries. Employees at middle management level and below are at the mercy of the biased top executives. Employees of the companies taken over by Tata Steel are treated with a step motherly attitude and humiliated . It's vendor driven.

Now a days job security becomes worst. late working hours. Salary hike will be on basic..so you get chiller on hike.Promotion :- Too slow. Facilities cutting started.Location worst. Never come to Join Kalinganagar location.

After the demise of Ratan Tata, Tata Steel is no longer a place to work anymore. The Stupid HR policy, Forced Retirements, reduced number of leaves are the new normal. The only good part was the OPD medical facility which be discontinued from April onwards as well.
