Company gives very good learning opportunities for freshers, technically 25%, managerial skills 75%, culture is very good and transparent. As it is handling Toyota customer, if any one directly deal this customer will learn and implement very good concepts. Work environment is cool. Freshers given direct responsibilities.

5days a week. Leave. Job security for hard working people. Fire fighting nature of daily routine work only. No potential threat because of TSL 80% of turnover dependency/ involvement. Making fool of every lateral entry joined in any category ( some how are other).
