Everything is ok but one thing I don't like 😊..there is politics ...and salary increament is very low

...bucks because of 2 week off..... Nd 9 hours shift with 2 half n hour break.....they gave us full salary in covid situation though we were staying home...

Salary is very less..... Training is not provided.... Everything stays in store none of the issue goes to higher level that is the reason they are not able to address it Nd actions are not taken

i am not satisfied by my stote manger nd teching tranner he is not properly guide us about how to archeive next level because i know all policy of tata starbucks i am a 1.8 years old partner . i humbly requested you plz take action about training.

Company culture and work professionally and do care of their employee always in any circumstances if that's not the zero tolerance issue. Team is very good all management team are good. Work environment is very friendly and supportive work life balance properly

The only things is salary yearly appraisal is not that good as per the brand name specially for the internal promoted employee. Salary should be increase because after all at last everyone work for salary. Night shift is little problem.
