Work culture is good but no job security at this group of Tata. We always love to work on the name of Ratan Tata sir but sorry to say that the people running the companies are not adhering to values of Sir Ratan Tata.

Well organized company, as expected from Tata Group work culture is good, HR policies are good. There are many sources in the organization for self development and increase professional development.

Dislikes

In the covid scenario, company take aggressively bad decision about discontinue the employement. In last six months most of the sales team from top to bottom pan India were relived from their duties, the only reason that Tata Smart Foods Ltd was merged with Tata Consumer Ltd, which was never expected from The "TATA Group". The company helps the nation in many ways in covid situation, but we never expected these kind of steps taken by the organization. No job security.

Nothing to like about company, Due to less sales volume merger plan with other Tata Group company is going on which will impact job security

Dislikes

Senior Management is not clear about future of the company, Sales staff is fired due to sales target not achieved, High level of politics. No improvement in existing product taste and no plan of launching new product.
