Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.

The work culture is really good. Salary is just 'okey'. You get extra income if u work on national holidays. There are also various festivals celebrated in the office and events as well. They take for picnic too. The works which you would be doing would be tiring but salary comes on time thats good thing. After completing 6 months as a fresher, you can apply for internal promotions in the company.

the managers are strict if you don't complete your targets of the day. You will need to do overtime in some situations when the floor is getting too much calls but you would be getting the money for doing overtime. Work Timings are always different and no fixed day offs.

Worst experience with the company. They don't provide you with learning. No support from the Top Management. If you work Ethically, u will be sent out ( PIP ). Entire company's Sales team and distributors are working in unethical means to achieve Targets. So, if you work ethically, u will be odd one out and ultimately, your performance will dip and they won't provide you with the time to improve your performance and hence you will be put in PIP. Glad I left soon.
