Worst work culture. No clarity. A team of good for nothing people. Lots of so called senior people are here bcoz they are getting salary more than their capability & no other organisations will pay the same salary to these useless people.

Tata Brand is the only best brand in India and internationally one should try to work with. Best employee friendly company. Best process oriented company. Best ethical company.

Work pressure is high. Company only need to get all the employees with same band on equal salary platform.

The company is open to innovation and readily adoptsletest technology. I love the fact that i am apart of a team that markets reliable. High-qualityproducts and has a global client base. As a result.

Compensation is decent. But growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day a Ihave to attend cliend calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength which is why I have to take back my seggestions most of the times.

...anger. I had one This is one company of Tata's where everything is at its worst. Company is at huge loss and hence, they are cutting Manpower

Worst experience with the company. They don't provide you with learning. No support from the Top Management. If you work Ethically, u will be sent out ( PIP ). Entire company's Sales team and distributors are working in unethical means to achieve Targets. So, if you work ethically, u will be odd one out and ultimately, your performance will dip and they won't provide you with the time to improve your performance and hence you will be put in PIP. Glad I left soon.
