Good company to gain knowledge and also salary and benefits are good

Company needs to think about compitition to sustain in the race. Also think about field employees working life balance. They need a weekoff.

Company is good but there is lot of politics and peoples/ boss do fake promises and never ever fulfill it.

Work culture is poor, management stand Is poor and unfair appraisal and fake promises for bonus payment and suddenly change the policy by a single mail to deprive many to get bonus payment but management will definitely get bonus irrespective of company or his individual performance

The pay and other benefits are fine except that everything is pathetic.

Dislikes

I recommend NOT to join the company especially in the sales department. Pathetic work culture and no work life balance. They will make our life difficult and miserable. All day working culture with NO week off as they will ask to complete the targets and then to take week offs.

They used to give PIP to their employees without any reason and ask to leave, huge work pressure, no any process , no leave , 7 days working, working on every holidays, it's not seems Tata group from any prospective l. Not recommended to join.

Except salary on time everything can be categories as dislike 👎

They don't suport they want the productivity only on this awkward situation also.. leadership does not now what happening on ground level.they will have caluculation for everything but they don't no how to enhance the cities.. suddenly they will make a decision to shut-down and ask employees to leave on this uncertainty times.

Lot of politics comparisons between colleagues.. salary part is decent but sustanity is very less scope..suddenly they calls to change the city,but at the hire time they engage you for that particular city only after some moment they say to change the city for their convinent or to remove the employer.
