HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

...careers in the construction industry. there is very little learning for someone. there is no pay in this industry itself. Everyone that I have worked with in Tata Projects is like if we teach them then they will leave the company.
