There is no fix HR. Lower experience Candidate may get higher payment and vice versa for higher experience candidate depending on the connection of the candidate. Site facilities are not good. There is no GH or conveyance available. No digitization for site related activities.

...t of Tata group policies of company are very good. Best place for women to work. Salary and promotions are best in the industry.

Policies are being misued very badly. Sincere and hard working people cannot survive in this company. Lots of politics. There is no proper work life balance. For engineering this is not a right place.

Timely salary. Normal but definate increment. Timely promotion if you are an average performer also. Commitment is fulfilled. Friendly culture. ( Boss oriented)

Dislikes

Work timing at site is more. Based on client requirement. If client is Tata steel then you have to work for 12 hours a day and half day on Sunday. Immediate boss and HR also matters a lot. If you are in bad boss hand then the life is not good. Incentive like Electricity bills, out patient treatment etc are cut down. Decision making is late. For site people- Site posting is hard. Even sites are in remote areas. So you have to manage things.

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.
