On time salary, facilities to employees

I was working on Site. I disliked most is too many boss to report. No proper work process and seniors are very much insecure if you want to improve the system. Office politics in its peak. No work satisfaction and recognition.

Company provides salary on time. However no hike is being given this year

Dislikes

Company was good till 2018 but after 2018 some good people at top moved out and then the deterioration began. There is no culture in the company. Some BUs are now being run as autocrats by BU heads. Not many Jobs are coming and the existing job margins are reducing due to incompetent decision making by management. They are changing roles of experienced personnel at will also transferring people at will. Even people are being forcibly taken out after Ratan Tata saying the same not to be done. Team forming for project execution is just being taught in books. Project Managers are being changed at will. In long term company needs a big revamp or future outlook seems bleak as no jobs are coming as well. Not a great company for long term and definitely nothing "TATA" about this Tata company.

Nothing other than fixed salary date

Dislikes

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

Not giving appropriate responsibility based on your expertise.Also sometimes people's degrade from the present role.may be nature of the job.

1. Work Life Balance 2. Restrict Punch In time 3. Limited fixed time for tea, lunch etc. and will be monitored for every activity by admin team. 4. No limitation of works. Free Advice: If you are in design and don't want to learn core design aspect, come here and prepare for other examination.
