Naam bade aur darshan chore... Ratan Tata will cry over this if he comes to know the real condition on sites , I am not talking about regional office or head office. Management is very poor over sites . The person having power can do anything against rules including harassments of employes .... I worked in MNC's like L&T and SPCL more than a decades but in TPL project manager is the system himself . They use to give back to back contract to his own people and billed them out of system and blame the employee for the same. Project manager used very offensive language and local gaali even in front of ladies employee. And if any buddy oppose to him then he make him target and pressurise to resign from the company and even no higher management tries to found a root cause for the same . For working professional I would like to suggest not to join

I was working on Site. I disliked most is too many boss to report. No proper work process and seniors are very much insecure if you want to improve the system. Office politics in its peak. No work satisfaction and recognition.

1. Brand name 2. Salary and benefits are competitive compare to other EPC 3. Job security is very good, I have seen people who don't contribute anything to team and still being safe and secure 4. You are lot of IJP options and skill development options

Dislikes

1. No process, everybody do on their own and the output is terrible 2. Project leaderships is very poor 3. No value/respect to your designation, even the admin and HR team don't care about employees 4. Your concerns and complaints will be heard from your left ear and thrown from right ear 5. Affiliating with unqualified vendors and sub contractor leads to project disaster 6. You will be asked to achieve unrealistic targets without having the proper data 7. Employees basic needs itself not taken care by admin and HR team 8. You will face partiality and revenge from admin and HR team if you make any complaint on them

* The so called 8 hrs working is only in paper. * The appraisal rating system lags a way back to today's picture of the company. * Work - life balance is so terrible.

Very poor management no value for junior staff worker... there r horse and Donky are equal .. if u are a hard worker then U r Donky if u playing smart and chalking so u r 🐎 I have complete my 6 year in Tata but I have no promotion no increment....👆👎👎👎👎👎👎
