...nd manois transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign .On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Its that one can know more about the work as the seniors won't do their work by themselves, instead make us to do their work as well...! so you may learn new things very quickly.

...oor. (Tip : be an informer to the reporting officer for better career growth) 5.) Salary is very low with respect to the assigned work. 6.) Appraisal depends on the Tip gave in point-4. 7.) While traveling on official work always take advance from the company or else forget the expenses you have made. 8.) Very high end politics. 9.) Learning is good as the seniors won't work, so you have to do theirs also. 10.) Work environment is like Sometimes ok, sometimes very political, sometimes with very efection. Overall its a mixed environment. 11.) Innovation : Seniors have a very innovativeness in escaping from their work and transferring their work to juniors. 12.) Here junior staff have work and senior staff have life. Hence balanced.

Work for nation, nothing beyond it. Good culture and good management we can have a planning in basis of transparency. All team mates are good nice to work with it. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot of things. Good learners can learn many things from tata projects.

Dislikes

That, they are hiring lower levels diploma holders with a good package who are freshers, and giving salaries more than a experienced persons. That's the thing I don't like. But all are good when it comes to teamwork.

Nothing other than fixed salary date

1.only internal politics 2. Zero work life balance 3. No recognisation for hardworker. Only managements reference employee gets benifit. 4. Even after 180 days working leave is not approved. 5. HR admin department is the worst. 0ays no heed to employee benefit. 6. People only join thinking tata group however in TPL no one staus more than 2 years.

Less projects now a days. company terminating by keeping you in "performance improvement Programme" in less than 1-3 months. Bad hiring policy. Poor management.
