...Sorry to say about job security in TATA projects Ltd is No job security at all . My performance is excellent in all time as a Civil Foreman and salary also hiked simultaneously but suddenly hr called telephonic and said that, company facing financially problem that's why you should be give resignation. You can think what is the thinking of these types of standard company... I was the first Civil Foreman of TATA projects Ltd to directly involved in execution civil site activity. I was worked in TATA projects Ltd for 13 years. Total Work experience 25th years. Worked with TATA projects Ltd in India and UAE also

Dislikes

TATA projects Ltd is one of the best company this is my personal experience. But I can not understand that, why they removed permanent, skilled, polite, humble and Hard work employees. I don't dislike to TATA projects Ltd at all. Only dislikes regarding no job security. this is the fact.

1. On time salary 2. Health Insurances & Life Insurance 3. Job Security 4. Office Colleague cum friends

Dislikes

1. Work Life Balance 2. Restrict Punch In time 3. Limited fixed time for tea, lunch etc. and will be monitored for every activity by admin team. 4. No limitation of works. Free Advice: If you are in design and don't want to learn core design aspect, come here and prepare for other examination.

...k life balance is comparatively better than in other companies in this industry. Salary is above the average percentile.

Dislikes

HO involvement is very strong. 3 months' notice period.

Compared to other Indian Construction companies, the work environment of Tata projects is far better.

Dislikes

...careers in the construction industry. there is very little learning for someone. there is no pay in this industry itself. Everyone that I have worked with in Tata Projects is like if we teach them then they will leave the company.

Salary is on time I.e. on or before 30 of each month

...strong, HR policy is not properly implemented, new employee will get frustrated due to site environment, no salary parity
