    Partial of pernament employee and contract employee. Very less salary provide. No transportation available and not motivated and only work what output coming no result share about contract employee.

    We work at site in remote areas. Our allowances are very less. Being in office and being on site has no difference in salary but too much difference in work conditions, pressure, targets and exploitation by management.

    ...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.

    ...t still scope of improvement for ground team 2. lengthy and complex processes 3. Less pay in comparison with the market 4. Operational work is a pain 5.
