Nothing much to talk about except for brand name Tata on your CV. Company doesn't qualify for being part of Tata Group.

Dislikes

...looked by management and there is no thought of improving any process or system. Poor salary increase and very slow career growth. Not a place for good performer.

Company wants to deliver a lot of facilities according to policies but many privileges are denied by project mangers and above.

We work at site in remote areas. Our allowances are very less. Being in office and being on site has no difference in salary but too much difference in work conditions, pressure, targets and exploitation by management.

Dislikes

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
