...ally core electrical engineering . Everything can learn as electrical engineer . Salary package is good . Job security is very impressive. Company gives lots of benifits per year.

Lack of team work and support .if you work in as permanent employee . company is very impressive but you work as a intern and outsource .job satisfaction not good and pressure very High

Its working process is neat and clean. I had worked as a intern for 2 month. And I analysis that whole process to be done is stepped vice and also they pay for vocational trip to the good post engineers

They have many employee benefit policy like longer maternity leaves, flexible work hours after maternity, employees benevolent fund, etc. Work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

No mentor for your job specific role. Very less pay and increments. Lot of favouritism and politics. Incompetent workers being down motivation. Promotions are the worst, there is a waiting of minimum 3 yrs in a specific role to apply for a promotion, which is then followed by interviews and then you get a minimal increment on that. Annual bonus structure is horrible.

I like the work-life culture and security of job till now.

Dislikes

Salary at supervisor, executive and middle management level is low. Rating and performance appraisal is biased and is dependent on God, you are not rated on the basis of your work, talent and efforts. I will not suggest anyone to start their career with Tata Power-DDL. It will choke all your dreams and desires.
