One of the worst management i have seen in my 8+ carrier i suggest Mr Ratan Tata to shutdown this project because the CEO and the management have down size the manpower more than 3 time due to lose....i think...i can get you better success on this Tata Nexarc project better than ur CEO
Management is confused on the way forward. There are too many trial and errors.
Layoffs are very common and one could get sacked within 6 months of getting hired.
The coordination between business and central team needs strengthening.

The most non-Tata company ever. They reinvent the business model every quarter. Have no vision whatsoever for the business. Roles change as per their whimsies. Everyone works for their personal gains. No one cares about the org as a whole. Would highly recommend to stay away if you love your mental health and your career. Each and everyone is looking out for a job. They have asked huge of amount of workforce to resign.
