Never join Tata motors on Contractual basis, because their is less than 1% chance to be on company payroll and also no job security. Also you will not get TA & DA.

To secure job is difficult. job is good, meeting new people and dealing with them to get their desired product. People are amazing and bad, we meet almost every kind of person, who is dreaming for a car, and some planning to buy a car and other to have a car now . A challenging job to get the targets done.

We get holidays for 5 days in a year, no compensation at all for anything,Perfect for time and money, the salaries don't have a fixed date and the incentive don't have a fixed time period gap .
