...rk pressure is too high. Managers keep shouting to take calls one after another. As per work salary is not satisfactory. Politics on the floor is like one should make manager happy with food and other things and they will choose you for higher post regardless of your performance.

Salary, politics, work life balance, taking calls without a pause of 1 second.

I m basically from from Maharashtra. Please guide I am family person working in Pune is more easy for me , but want to think from long term career perspective as well.
