Job security is better than others , Career growth is far away from reality , Salary is good and appraisal too work environment is excellent and work life balance also the only thing matters is growth.

...agement is transparent. There is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and thay give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thare is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resigh. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work culture at Tata Motors is very good. Management take care about the Employees overall satisfaction with respect to health, appreciation with good salary hike.
