Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve received an offer of ₹27 LPA from Tata Motors for the Senior Manager (L5) position! This is a significant jump from my current CTC of ₹18 LPA, and I’m excited about the opportunities this role brings. However, there’s one challenge I’m considering. My current role allows me to work from home, while the new job requires working from the office. The Tata Motors office is 1.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic), which will be a big adjustment for me.
