The environment is good and the team leaders are supportive and the company policies are good.. There is security for girls and there is sanitization care taken in organization during this pandemic situation we are being taking care by tata motors to be safe in organization.

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

Worst work culture, no fixed timings of work, you'll be preparing reports day and night, and you'll be giving review everyday, unnecessary pressure environment.
