Really can't think of anything. The salary is the only good part and the rest is nothing great.

A lot of things. Company doesn't follow its own policies, discriminate among employees, no growth professionally, no life outside hospital, very few leave, mainly you're stuck.

Likes

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a little bit politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not good for contractual staffs.

Timely salary , good flat to live in,lots of variety of cases and independent work

Dislikes

Contractual job,involvement in non medical work like learning auditing,managerial skills which no super specialist is concerned with.Less of ot opportunity and more time to sit idle.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I had to work 14-18 hours straight in a day .also services need more improvement

Dislikes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. But patient Yo doctor ratio is not good. I Smtym the work pressure is high. There is lol of proper specialists especially in medicine

Beautiful city, honest work ethics, decent pay package, hugely satisfying job.

Dislikes

No clear idea of the management, whether it is a corporate hospital or a free, charitable hospital. Doctors are expected to collect the hospital dues from paying patients!!
