Salary on time, Work pressure is very low, friendly working environment

No skills development, still working on old ERP system, involvement of CEO even in small decision, It's subsidiary of Tata International but their is no working culture of the Tata International, 6 days working, plant is in remote location 25 km away from city. There is no transportation facilities from company to city except company's bus or personal vehicle, no canteen facility, no uniform, no appreciation.

HR lies during salary Discussions . Thy make you fool on the name of performance allowance & they give more salary to junior employees than senior These people are spoiling the name of TATA Company environment feels like LALA company (owner driven company)

I learned lot from this company, I am blessed that my team mates was supportive and my senior are alway share knowledge and give opportunities to grow,

The TIVA Finance function needs to improve by moving away from traditional, paper work heavy methods. Adopting more efficient, modern systems would save time & enhance productivity across departments.
