...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot Resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like to do work because there working culture is very polite and leading to the team is very important for us and courier coordination to all departments like quality, production and assembly. These thinks are very better for teaching and learning also .maintain day by day 5s,TPM,DPR,log book, welding parameter report....that's why I like to do work....thank Amod Kumar

There are many dislike about working like increment is very late, promotion, bonus, etc.

No likes, only the Tata name which they are using to offer low salary. The worst place ever to work and people biggest regret to join this Company

Losses, no merit increase, no bonus, stress of financial losses and the extreme politics by most inefficient people's who stay back and making the company culture even worst and unproductive

There is nothing to like about. Toxic work culture, high on office politics. From the 1st month onward i realized that this place is not for someone who is looking for work life balance and who wants to grow in his professional career. Mgt should should be more considerate about their employees.

...work or which could be finished on next working day. Below par salary standards. Also their variable pay policy is deceiving, you will get variable pay only if your business segments make profit else that will lapse.
