No work culture, They don't want to pay freelancers, I have two months payment due, still struggling to get my payments.

Nothing is good, only worst situation for consultants or freelancers. They don't want to pay ontime but they would like to hold your payments for 2-3 months.

Very less pay and growth opportunities. Stagnated job roles with monotonous work.

Cheap level politics, copy-paste strategy for every other project, poor client communication. They can throw out an employee without any valid reason. The Blame game is one of their favorite time passes.
