Tata Housing is giving so much of verbal commitment to get the person & Afterwards no body will care about the commitments. I found few of my colleagues got commitment for family visa & but culdnt able to get it. There is no proper evaluation for salary increments.Highly perform also will get 2%. This is my experience.

...ns. There are huge politics in senior management.But they thought is strategy. But they will give you salary on time. Medical benifits for family as well.

Employee welfare schemes. Salary on time. Leave policy. Flexible duty hrs. Good working culture.

Insecurity of Job, unfair Promotion and appraisal process, Overburden of responsibilities on employees. Very less nos. Of projects.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that market's reliable,global client base.I also like the employee rehire policy here.

...onsibility is on project head irrespective of timely decision from management. compensation is good if the performance of the company is good otherwise as 20% of your ctc is performance bonus.which you never get considering the impractical targets and processes.

Dislikes

compensation is fair but the work pressure is tremendous,we have work for 12 -16 hrs a day and some times 20 hours a day.Some staff are trained to sit late night even though there is a light off policy at 7.00pm. Every month during the PRM project head is being targeted by all departments heads and some times it runs entire night.
