The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

Company is very good for job security and compensation. But very poor in learning & development. Management will never try to utilize experience and enthusiasm. They only wants to blindly follow their ordes and nothing else.

Management believes only in bossisam. They never try to develop leadership qualities.

...o wait for to long for having his machine in production which is understandable.The salary can be better I believe no one will complain with a bit extra.And at this specific workplace we are a winning team which work very nice together and overall a nice environment to work in.

As I said for the amount of work that has to be put out from time to time the salary can looked at otherwise nice people and work environment.

Great place to learn and develop skills

Dislikes

Lacking career growth and work appreciation. Salary growth is not comparable to the amount of responsibilities. Promotion is just for name sake. Location is a major drawback
