The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

The company is good, but the HOD of Import Procurement has ruined everything. I really admire the SCM Head of KGP plant Mr.Girish Nair who is very good in person and knows how to get the work done without any aggression. The HOD of Import Procurement who is based at Kharagpur location knows only to shout and grill his own team members (who are working day and night) throwing them into depression and forcing them to resign. Unfortunately Mr. Girish Nair couldn't do anything on this because the Import HOD directly reported to SCM Head who sits in Dharwad Plant....Read More
Appraisal is worst in Import Procurement Department. The HOD of Import Procurement only shows to the management that he is only the one man army. Rest all are in-efficient. Unfortunately the SCM Head who sits in Dharwad also believes in whatever input he gets from the Import HOD. For the New Joinees, Import Procurement Department isthe worst one because the HOD doesn't give any clarity of work. The HOD of Import Procurement Department doesn't allow his team members to attend any training session or any constructive work. The HOD only knows how to punish his team members with bad appraisals and increase in probation period which affects the bonus and other incentives of his sub-ordinate employees. From the year 2023 to 2024, there were 3 subsequent resignations in this department of 4 members only. Still the management is reluctant to find out the root cause of this...
