The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

Service field is best for explore as well as knowledge. FMC is also very good. No maters where you are you can learn more & more

Salary increment is very very poor in the basics of every year.only salary increase every 4 years. Perticular 1 or 2 FMC site is very poor because of management Coulter & dirty politics ( only this dirty politics present these 1 or 2 sites). Work life balance in these 1 /2 sites are very bad. Mental peace zero. Otherwise allover company & all sites are very very good. Perticular these 2 sites have shift duty. Perticular in these site engineers feels like worker . But other sites are outstanding...Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
