The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

Service field is best for explore as well as knowledge. FMC is also very good. No maters where you are you can learn more & more

Salary increment is very very poor in the basics of every year.only salary increase every 4 years. Perticular 1 or 2 FMC site is very poor because of management Coulter & dirty politics ( only this dirty politics present these 1 or 2 sites). Work life balance in these 1 /2 sites are very bad. Mental peace zero. Otherwise allover company & all sites are very very good. Perticular these 2 sites have shift duty. Perticular in these site engineers feels like worker . But other sites are outstanding

i am a ELECTICAL engg student work in power panel if there is any recruitment of maintenance we will solve it but this campany is developed machinery parts where i work in so my machanical knowledge also will improve

because i work in under contractor (vendor) my salary is to little

... from your senior colleagues irrespective of your age and experience in company. Pay scale also good. If you get a good boss , your future, life and value in this company will be very good. If you are a BE/ B.tech/ MBA holder your growth is very good in this company.

You have to do some soap/oil works to your boss to get good feedback from him in-front of others/top level bosses. No that much recognition of extra hard work. You have show-up your each work for every time. Growth for diploma based employees is very very poor. If you are a diploma holder, its better to leave the company after 4-5 years of experience.

Lacking career growth and work appreciation. Salary growth is not comparable to the amount of responsibilities. Promotion is just for name sake. Location is a major drawback
