The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

Great place to learn and develop skills

Dislikes

Lacking career growth and work appreciation. Salary growth is not comparable to the amount of responsibilities. Promotion is just for name sake. Location is a major drawback

Career growth isn't lucrative, work environment has degraded in the past couple of years. Work-life balance doesn't exist. Plant located in Kharagpur which is a thumbs down

Service field is best for explore as well as knowledge. FMC is also very good. No maters where you are you can learn more & more

Salary increment is very very poor in the basics of every year.only salary increase every 4 years. Perticular 1 or 2 FMC site is very poor because of management Coulter & dirty politics ( only this dirty politics present these 1 or 2 sites). Work life balance in these 1 /2 sites are very bad. Mental peace zero. Otherwise allover company & all sites are very very good. Perticular these 2 sites have shift duty. Perticular in these site engineers feels like worker . But other sites are outstanding

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign.
