...a great place to be for learning and self development and career progression. The only negatives would be the salary levels which are not the best in the industry. There is always an encouragement to do something innovative and there is freedom to fail.

Salary levels are not the best. Secondly, the higher levels are now choked with people, whereas the people in the lower levels are less. It has become an inverted pyramid organization structure, which causes operational issues

The salary structure is not proper, fake commitment given by HR first they will say after 3 month increment will done and after 3 month when we approach for the increment they will say what proof do you have that we have said about increment. In this office there are no procedure of PF.

Lacking career growth and work appreciation. Salary growth is not comparable to the amount of responsibilities. Promotion is just for name sake. Location is a major drawback

Opportunities to explore yourself exists, teammates are supportive, salary is pretty good.

Career growth isn't lucrative, work environment has degraded in the past couple of years. Work-life balance doesn't exist. Plant located in Kharagpur which is a thumbs down
