And,in regard to salary and benefit ,it's a part of a TATA group of companies which provides with the greatest job security in the market and the hikes are good and satisfactory if the individual is a skilled personal and stands apart from the pool of resources.

There are nothing to dislike as of now..But there are a few construction going on in the NH which are having a few traffic issues and blocks while coming to office as its really near to the highway

...There is no policy for working extra. They will give only 250rs. No recognition. They just want more work and wants to pay less salary.

Management expect employees to work odd hours and overtime without compensation. The annual appraisal process is not dependent on the performance. HR department is not employee friendly, provide little support.

1. It depends on the project to which you get allocated if you get the project of your interest it would be great else you will not be motivated. 2. Good talent to work with.

1. Long waiting period for project allocation 2. Salary is not offered as per industry standards
