No appreciation at work,no other facilities such as travel,food. Employee connect is not reachable at any point of time. If developer is doing validation he or she can leave the job for bright future

Job security is good, For fresher this is nice company, he will learn from crash. Company policies are good, but after 3-4 years, in apprisal they will not give that much salery hike as you expect.

Work culture and time line for project, and compensation is less as per other organisations.

Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on most wekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Simply they will map you with any client without your interest. • Worst Part about this Company is the Management. They don't care at all about the employee. and also will never accept that because of them they are loosing many clients.
