Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on most wekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Simply they will map you with any client without your interest. • Worst Part about this Company is the Management. They don't care at all about the employee. and also will never accept that because of them they are loosing many clients.

I liked the Hoodi office. The environment

...There is no policy for working extra. They will give only 250rs. No recognition. They just want more work and wants to pay less salary.

1) Seniors 2) Upskilling opportunities

Dislikes

1) I personally feel, pay is very little to the work I am doing 2) Work life balance totally depends on the project your are working for. 3) You might not be mapped to the tech stack you are interested in, especially in my case I'm interested in python, python backend development, DSA, Data analytics, etc but I was assigned to a UI development team(Vue Js, linux) Initially my manager told me to work for 6 months in UI team, then based on requirements and my experience he said he would change me to python team, but this didn't happen

...company is great to switch roles. This is not true and they do not entertain it. 2) Salary is negotiated like people at the vegetable market. They will either match your current salary or provide a pathetic increase over your current salary(have seen some cases where a lower salary is offered). You will probably join thinking the name has value. Well this one does not. Do not fall for this. Drop the call or discussion and move on to the next company. 3)Let's say you have now joined by mistake and are now working for peanuts. The client who you work for is probably paying for you 2X/4X of the salary you are earning which the company is probably hogging on your behalf. Now comes the fun bit where, you have to satisfy both the customer as well as the company in your yearly performance reviews and KPIs. So you technically have to do 1.5x~2x of a job to see a decent appraisal. Lets say you have made the customer very happy and he offers you a very good hike(which you do not know about of course). Company comes to you and says you need to contribute a lot more to the company just to earn what is rightfully yours. You wont get that percentage you are looking for and the company eats your customer sent bonus as well. They maintain a nice juicy margin and all you see is peanuts all the while being told you are not working to your full potential. Gaslighting ninja techniques. 4) This one has been told to me by multiple sources: Pretty shady hiring practices where referral bonuses are not delivered to the rightful referrers and are hidden under well concocted company policies. You might think that yay, i might get a nice bump this month but no the HR is probably gobbling up the money in your stead and hardwork. (So technically the resume is hidden and the candidate is hired at a later date without your knowledge. Pretty standard low level move) 5) Solutions to all your problems: Work from office is looking to make a full return and with this comes the management ninja techniques of why the company has all the solutions to problems that lead to you not being able to come to the office. a)Parents unwell?: Life is full of pain. Better to come to office and forget home problems b) Travel time too long?: other people come to office just to escape their wives. So you should too. c) Need work life balance?: We provide so much balance by hosting office events on the weekends and then including your attendance of them in your KPIs for appraisal. No idea which diabolical piece of work thought up this one. Man i don't know if you need more convincing. I had high hopes for this place but no. Kindly miss.
