A little strict in matter of discipline but those helped me to grow in my career later. Lot of focus on sports and arts and those helping to become friends among all of us.

...ly where there are several individual and everyone are connected to one another. And,in regard to salary and benefit ,it's a part of a TATA group of companies which provides with the greatest job security in the market and the hikes are good and satisfactory if the individual is a skilled personal and stands apart from the pool of resources.

There are nothing to dislike as of now..But there are a few construction going on in the NH which are having a few traffic issues and blocks while coming to office as its really near to the highway

Calicut center always promotes upgrading skills everytime. Focus on extracurricular activities. Shares clear vision transparent. Lot of extra curricular activities. Opportunity there. Loving work here

...There is no policy for working extra. They will give only 250rs. No recognition. They just want more work and wants to pay less salary.

I worked for this company for 2 years and got 3 customer appreciation award and they have give 2000 hike per month. Irony is client apending 6000 rs per day allowance to me for onsite
