Work was bit hectic sometimes about 14 hrs a day but overall experience was satisfactory.

They were trained in good manner. Work environment is good then learning- we can learn people well.

...ue to instability of the tele com industry. They are unable to lead compotiters. Very poor salary growth. My teammates is good according to my view.

Really tata docomo is a good company but they internal process was very bad now I don't know what is the changes happen but I was learning

Totally they couldn't give money balance like salary even you might be experienced employees and freshers also same salary but working point experience employees are doing more they expecting more work
