Job security even if we are on emergency leave we get pay for that.

Manager are not to good, they don't encourage team members and less opportunity to come up and be in fame ....they try to pull you down.

I have been working here for 2 years but till now there has been no increment in salary and there has been no increment in the post, so due to this I am facing some problem.

...sed and people working in client have to abide client policies and procedures . TCTS to take control of weekend pay and off days pay in favour of employees and provide the billing to client properly Overall Good . -Talk to employees before changing policy,HR need to talk with people if they have health or personal difficulties else loyal employees will leave permanently, they dont cry and come back.
