To be very honest it's a really nice place to work where you can grow yourself, talking about salary it's average, appraisal percentage 15% It my case our my colleagues they are very knowledge sharing, very supportive, But at the end of the day when you sleep we count how much we earned and how much we spent

Salary growth is really poor, managemnt is always giving favor to some people and there is lots of politics at manager and upper level

If you are good in buttering then this company is for you.. Many are surviving without any knowledge and having good salary. But if you are a smart worker and do your job honestly then you will not get anything..

Salary is too low and management is loosing there best employees due to management don't want to increase the salary.
