They have options for Learning but you have to do by yourself. There is less class room training which is all depend on your manager. They don't care about your competency they can put at those work which not relevant to you

Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

Dislikes

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.

1 . No Hike 2 gender discrimination ( say if ur woman hard to get WFH due to pregnancy) 3. sometimes don't get leaves 4. Management / Managers behaves like school. 5. no career growth

Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Dislikes

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)
