...defines your increment and promotion 2) No peer to peer respect in same group . 3) No notable recognition in teams 4) 4% to 8% hikes on lower base salary 5) Head of Solutions - was not an engineer, Head of Sales (B2B complex solutions) - is not an engineer. 6) Mostly Babu people from Bihar (Not being racist, just observation) 7) Review's 3 days a week, don't know when should one work 8) No stable products. Wish the brand took cognizance of their market acceptability. 9) Customers chasing the teams for giving results, not the other way around.

Company is good for entry to middle management role , lot of learning and exposure is available. Culture is good. Perks and other employees benefit are really good.

...eople and it’s really important to make your presence feel to be on top list. Salary is good but growth will be slow once u reach to middle management.

Outsourced employees are treated as outsider though they are the foundation of this company. Tata Communications has recently change their policy for outsourced employees that 2 years job & 3 months off, called COOLING OFF. This process killed the mental strength, job security & against humanity too.

Dislikes

1) inhuman attitude with outsourced employees. 2) Outsourced employees salary structure is so poor. 3) No job security for Out-sourced employees. 4) No promotion & No work life balance for outsourced employees 5) Managers are spoiling subordinates carrer. 6) No policy, no process & company culture is too pathetic. only politics going on in terms of promotion & upgradation. 7) Now TATA brand name is at stake.
