Great company culture , very good learning opportunities

No future for off role employees, huge huge pay scale disparity between offrole and onrole employees . Higher Management doesn't listen to the ground level staffs .

Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

...our scope) then the managers will ensure that your variable is not given to you.( variable which is part of salary is also given yearly) In Captive SOC the customers are not behaved and insults everyone working over here( they don't even spare seniors like leads and managers). This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization. Please refrain from joining the captive SOC projects in this organization.

...e a non engineering background people when they don't want them in organization. Hire non engineering people and give them less salary with no increment for years. Many colleagues of mine from engineering and non engineering background are facing increment and promotion issue.. we don't have promotion here. Example. If your salary starts from 2.4L, it will get incremented by 3.3L in 3 and half year to 4 years of experience.

...lways giving one statement we will see after Six month as per your performance.. N after six they say your performance is not good n their no budget to give you hike in salary. I worked for 8 years in Tata..

Worst manager rewati porwar in Tata communications. Doing partiality. Casual talk, Castisum, male Dominating, aggression. Partiality.
