Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

...our scope) then the managers will ensure that your variable is not given to you.( variable which is part of salary is also given yearly) In Captive SOC the customers are not behaved and insults everyone working over here( they don't even spare seniors like leads and managers). This is not the organization to grow your career or learn anything as there is no respect of your work in this organization. Please refrain from joining the captive SOC projects in this organization.

If you are looking for experience it will provide best platform.

Dislikes

... As you have work continuosly and won't get any free time for your private life. Also salary is very poor. You will not get any hike even you work more than 3 years. There no extra payment for overtime and night shift.

Good number of leaves. Flexible timings. Freedom in all aspects of work.

Dislikes

...chances of ending up in a toxic team (Team members trashing other members work). Pay gets normalized eventually, so motivation to go above average is pretty much unnecessary.
