Company is good for entry to middle management role , lot of learning and exposure is available. Culture is good. Perks and other employees benefit are really good.

Company written policy... but people manager not following the policy.... few of manager run the team with micro management.

Salary, work life balance( few team), promotion takes minimum 4 years in junior level. Rewards are followed round rota method. Even 5 mins late we need to call your TL and inform to them.... (people manager issue)

...one week off for one year and onrole employees get 2 weekoffs since beginning. Salary of offrole employees is less than half of onrole employees, etc etc
